Empowering Girls Through Rugby

We play and train at Pontyclun RFC on Thursdays 18:30 - 19:30. Winter training takes place at Y-Pant School 18:00 - 19:00 from Late October to March.

We welcome girls from all over South Wales, this includes Pontyclun, Pencoed, Llanharan, Llantwit Major, Cowbridge, Llantrisant and Tonyrefail to name a few.

We currently run 3 Teams: Under 12's, Under 14's and Under 16's.

We are dedicated to inspiring and empowering girls through the dynamic sport of rugby. Our club offers a welcoming environment where young athletes can develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork. By fostering a supportive community, we aim to cultivate not only talented players but also strong, resilient individuals ready to tackle life's challenges.
